Cecil Peck Automated Tram Rail (Beam) Welders |

This Peck Tram Rail Gantry Welder or Beam Welder was designed and manufactured to submerged-arc weld tram rail beams from 8" - 48" high by 10' - 60' long with flange widths from 4" - 20" wide. Parts are welded with T rail on top and regular flange on bottom (2) gas fired torches are used to preheat T rail and beam before welding. Four (4) submerged-arc torches are used for welding and no pre tacking is required. |
